Who may order

Orders and photo uploads must be made by an adult who can enter a binding contract. You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have the authorization and rights necessary to submit the photo and personalization information for this purpose. Do not ask children to upload information or purchase directly.

Our product

We create personalized digital ebooks using the photo and details you submit, with AI-assisted storytelling and illustration. Samples illustrate the artistic style and experience; the product description at purchase determines the format, content, and features included. Artwork may differ from sample images and is not an exact photographic reproduction. We do not promise identical output between separate orders.

Your submissions

Provide accurate order details and a clear, appropriate photo. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or includes intimate or sexual imagery of a child. Only submit names, photos, and other content that you have authority to use. By submitting them, you grant us a limited permission to use and process them, including through our service providers, as needed to create and deliver your order and provide related support. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original photo.

Orders and payment

Review your selected product and personalization information before completing payment. Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled product, subject to any mandatory additional remedies.

Delivery and changes

Delivery is governed by our Digital Delivery Policy. Our delivery commitment is within 24 hours after confirmed payment and receipt of all usable personalization materials. Contact us promptly about an error in an order; changes are not guaranteed after submission. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Using your ebook

Your purchase permits personal, noncommercial use of the delivered ebook, including private family reading. You may not resell, commercially distribute, or publicly publish the ebook or its artwork without appropriate permission. These terms do not claim ownership of your original photo or create copyright rights in AI-generated material where the law does not recognize them. Rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains processing of personal information, including uploaded photos and the use of AI services. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us if you need help with a privacy request.

Responsibility and remedies

We are responsible for supplying the digital product as described and honoring remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from reporting a problem, exercising a statutory right, or bringing a claim in a forum available to you by law.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it; doing so does not restrict your legal rights or require arbitration.

Updates
