Worldwide availability

We offer digital delivery worldwide, subject to applicable legal restrictions and the availability of checkout and payment services in your location.

Delivery within 24 hours

Your personalized ebook will be delivered within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and we have received the complete, usable photo and personalization information needed to create it. If information is missing or the photo cannot be used, we will contact you. The 24-hour period starts when the required information has been received.

Receiving your ebook

Digital delivery uses the email address supplied with your order, through an ebook file or a download link. Please check your email address carefully at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery message is not in your inbox. Any specific file format, compatibility requirements, or download conditions stated on the product page form part of your purchase.

Delivery charges

No physical shipping charge applies to digital ebooks. The ebook price and any applicable taxes or other charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delayed or missing delivery

If you have not received your ebook within 24 hours after your complete order is ready for production, email contact@legendmuse.com with your order number. We will check delivery and arrange access or another appropriate remedy. Delays or delivery problems do not remove any refund or other remedy available under applicable law.

Keeping your copy

Download and save your ebook to a device or storage location you control. Do not assume that a delivery link will remain available indefinitely. If you lose access, contact us; we will check whether redelivery is possible. We do not guarantee permanent storage of your personalized files.

How is my photo used?
